The Center is experienced in methods including conducting focus groups, key informant interviews, Local Public Health System Assessments, community concerns surveys, review of key community health status indicators, small area analysis, and PhotoVoice. The Center supports data analysis for converging themes and helps communities prioritize issues to create conditions for promoting health.
Community Health Improvement Planning
The Center for Community Health and Development draws on decades of experiences of experience with community coalitions and partnerships to help communities engage diverse stakeholders in the important work of planning for improvement.
